So this weekend, Amanda and I drove to Pt Reyes. We took the long route by driving to Half Moon Bayand then heading North on US 1 till we got there. This of course took us through the Ocean Beach district of San Francisco as well. We had an enjoyable day driving up the coast, spending some time at the lighthouse in the park and then laying on North beach (seen in the photos) for a few hours. The initial plan was to stay and watch the sun set from the beach, but by about 4:00 is was a little too cold for that. The rest of the day was beautiful however. Not a cloud in the sky, no fog, even in the morning, and about 70 degrees everywhere. CA sure is nice in November.

your pictures of the area turned out a lot better than Derek's...it was rainy for him and Sarah.
