I've given up on the cute, well-dressed shot in the chair. I'm happy to get him in the chair - much negotiation was involved.
This month brought the introduction of doggie, who likes to wear an old pair of Johnathan's orange pjs and sometimes is even spotted in a diaper. Previously, doggie was nothing more than a furry head that never left the security of the toy box but since his promotion to toddler's best friend, he has been promoted to the crib. Doggie can also be found dining with us, reading with us and has been instrumental in getting kiddo to do things he doesn't particularly like - such as diaper changes. Doggie loves diaper changes. So far, doggie has no name.
Boots
Rainboots are his favorite. Luckily, other than jumping in puddles he doesn't ask to wear them out but loves to put them on and wear them around the house - all. the. time.
Catch Phrases:
"Look Mimi...a (bird, trash, book, insert anything here)"
"Mimi/Daddy where are you?"
Johnathan what are you doing? "No, Nothing". (we go running)
Big Accomplishment:
Taking off his own jacket and taking off his own shoes.
