A Bad Night, A Rough Morning and a Good Afternoon

And not a single photo to show for it (we were too tired to remember the camera).

The kid woke up at 1:30 am crying.
At 1:45, we gave him pacifiers.
At 2, we gave him Tylenol.
At 2:15, we gave him ice water.
At 2:30 we brought him into our bed.
At 2:45, we rocked him more.
At 3, we gave him a bottle of milk.
At 3:02, we gave him another bottle of milk.
At 3:15, we put him down and he didn't cry anymore.

This is the first time in 8 months that he has been hungry at night!

This morning he refused his morning nap. Went down early for his afternoon nap but only lasted 45 minutes. We had to get out of the house.

So we went to a park in Berkeley. We rode steam trains (really cool), we walked around the lake, we went to their petting zoo and fed animals celery. A great afternoon.

We'll see what tonight brings. Tomorrow we're headed to the Doc. We've been medicating for 8 days now. It's time to make sure everything is ok.
