No grandparents, no washing machine, no central heat...just 3 nights in a 2-bedroom cabin at Mammoth Lakes. A mom, a dad, a kid and a dog. We had a good time but came back exhausted. We have come to realize that the days of the relaxing, carefree vacation are over.
Johnathan however had big discoveries. He finally discovered Mercy and fell in love and for her part, Mercy was very patient as Johnathan grabbed her cheeks. And he discovered the fireplace, it was like putting the kid in front of a TV - he was mesmerized. Trees continued to also be a big source of entertainment.
