Ben's nasty cold transfered to Johnathan late last week but as this week progressed, he got worse and not better. I'm not one of those worry wart moms who takes her kid to the doc every time he sneezes. In fact this was the first time I felt like he really needed a doctor. He hadn't eaten in a week and was just laying in my arms - this was not one of his colds that he has had before. On my third visit (they kept saying it was just a cold) they finally diagnosed him as having bronchiolitis - a baby respiratory infection. They gave us a breathing treatment, chest x-ray and sent us home with a machine for a week.
Within the first hour after the treatment, he gobbled down anything we could find to feed him and was zipping around the house.
He's running around naked quite a bit too as he has a nasty rash from having a fever for a week.
Told you it wasn't just a cold. But we're all good now.
